By creating an account or using Too Big To Fail you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Too Big To Fail is a free, online multiplayer board game provided as-is for entertainment purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Do not impersonate others or create accounts for bots without permission.

Conduct

Be respectful in chat. Do not use the service to harass, spam, or cheat. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these guidelines.

AI opponents & API keys

Playing against AI opponents requires you to provide your own API key for a supported AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). You are responsible for any costs incurred through your API key. We store your key in encrypted form to enable gameplay but do not use it for any other purpose. You may delete your stored keys at any time.

AI-generated content — including bot moves, chat responses, and post-game summaries — is produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of AI-generated content.

The Usage page displays estimated costs based on token counts and published API pricing provided by litellm. These are approximations and may not match your actual provider billing.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
